A fast-paced class in which you do one exercise for a short time, moving to the next station with minimum recovery time. Each circuit focuses on a particular area, to give your body a complete workout. Can be adapted for any level of fitness. We will be using our new NOHrD gym equipment during this class.

Please let your teacher know of any injuries before the class
We provide mats and all equipment and you will have the use of our showers and towels (charge of €1 per towel) after your class. All mats are disinfected ahead of classes.
Book early to avoid disappointment. Online Booking closes 12 hours before class starts.

Una clase de alto rendimiento que consiste en estar trabajando cada estación durante 1 minuto con pausas muy cortas entre 1 estación y la siguiente. Cada estación trabaja un grupo muscular diferente para asegurar un entreno completo. Se puede adaptar a cualquier nivel deportivo.

Informen a la maestro si tienen o han tenido alguna lesión antes de comenzar la clase.

Disponemos de todo el material necesario para las clases, además pueden utilizar las duchas y toallas (cobramos 1€ por toalla) tras cualquier clase.  Todos los tapetes se desinfectan antes de las clases.

How did you like the event?

    Very enjoyable class lots of excellent guidance and motivation fro Maite the hour flew past. The studio is beautiful airy and fully equipped. I then enjoyed a much deserved coffee and croissant downstairs after.
