   My preference is to be able to speak with a person and purchase tickets at a box office or over the telephone. I did buy my tickets using a computer but I had to have assistance and I do not like to buy things on the computer.

   Good overall, they don’t check the tickets at the door tho so I feel like I could have gotten away with not buying a ticket. I like the programs a lot with the dancer bios and the venue was nice.

 When I purchased the virtual option, there were no details about whether it was Live or going to be recorded. So when I made the purchase I contacted the office via website contact form to ask for details (twice!) and never got a response. I did get the link to the recorded performance later, but the ticket confirmation should have included even minimal details like the performance is recorded and when to expect the link.

 Purchasing tickets was easy online. The location and parking were less desirable, but no real issue there. Men's restroom had no paper towel for washing hands. Snacks and souveniers for purchase were appreciated.

   Loved the ballet and the theater it was held in. I do not like this ticketing system that was used. The same one I am using now. Not user friendly and very clunky. Maybe works better on a desk top computer but not on my iPhone.
