How did you like the event?

 Enjoyed Chair Yoga with Ann very much. Many years since I had done Yoga at all and reminded me how much I liked it then. A little bit distracting with the noise from the cafe but to be expected.

 Loved the breathing mixed in with the movements. Enjoyed doing it with other people, it made it good fun.
