They're very nice and I think it was beautiful that they set up this event.

 I could not get near the venue therefore We turned around and went home Very disappointing

 This is my first event attending, and I didn't feel it was organized in a good enough way. That said, the AV was good.

 Hearing Eli speak last night was transformative. Rabbi Levy asked just the right amount of personal questions and let Eli do all the talking which I appreciated. To be honest the venue, although it was a good size had very poor organization in terms of parking and the chairs were very narrow just a little after impression that thought I would mention.

 Sold way too many tickets!!. Crammed us in there like an airport. Difficult to see speaker. Better to have kept tickets to audience of 500 Wish Eli read some excerpts from his book

 congratulations for all of the hard work and it paid off. A few things to consider. I bought a $250 ticket and when my ticket arrived it was for a $54 purchase. After 2 calls and an email it was corrected. For that I say thank you. I would consider a better ticketing system

 Parking was a disaster. Getting into the venue was very slow. My ticket wasn't checked and I wasn't asked for ID.

 The event was great. My only complaint was that we were squeezed in together like sardines. Regardless, it was an incredible, unforgettable night. What a lovely night. I loved it all especially the signing of the Torah! I’m very grateful I got to attend!

 Poor organization regarding parking and seating. They could barely hear from the back. Better to make close to the community it was far with the cold it was hard . Unorganized entry

 Dealing with Chabad is always a pleasure

 It was amazing however the moderator wasn’t as loud and clear as needed for a room full of 2000 people Hard to hear him.

 We waited 40 min outside in the freezing wind! There was no parking around I had to park on a near plaza.i arrived at 7:00 to avoid all of this. The security check was ridiculous . No one checked ID or bags or coats. Very easily a terror attack could have been made. Thank God nothing happened. The event was only 40 min long. Eli sharabi spoke for only 30 min. How this is possible? I paid $54 for this? He is a wonderful man and I’m sure he had so much more to say .

 I don’t think it was well organized to accommodate the number of people there - from parking to seating to security, which seemed scant and not nearly effective should an emergency occur. Exiting at the end of the event was confusing and could have been dangerous should there have been a violent occurrence.

 Every element was well run. Congratulations to all the planners. Ben Mulroney spoke from his heart. Rabbi Levi has a second career as a moderator – perfect questions. The story itself both heartbreaking and inspirational. The beginning of the rating of the Torah more than symbolic.

 I found Chabad to be unorganized with regard to the event. I didnt receive my ticket and information regarding the event until after I called in.

 Confusion for me regarding amount paid ($ 1500) and the ticket email stating I was invoiced for $500

 It would have been nice if you could see the stage , not just the video screens. It was great to hear him but would have preferred a format where he presented his story vs q&a.

 Overall, I thought Chabad on Bayview did a beautiful job. My only criticism is the revised venue was SO FAR from the original and with a stressful parking situation. And even though there was a crowd getting in, this was managed effectively and staff were kind and professional and moved everyone along very smoothly. The communication about the event was clear and helpful.

 I understood that for security reasons the venue is not disclosed far in advance but would have thought it would have been located in Toronto.We were unhappy with the location of the venue. We were uncomfortable driving the distance at night. I wonder how people who registered and had to use public transit managed.

 The experience was amazing but the check in was extremely chaotic. The chairs too tightly together. Poorly organized event.

 Awesome turnout. The actual event once ot starywd was amazing. Moserator did a grear job with questions. it was however a nighare gwttonf to the venue. The traffix to get to the parking lot was insane and people

 Great. Security didn’t check bags though.

 Excellent and inspiring evening! Limited prior contact with Chabad on Bayview - they were well organized and helpful. I would attend future events.

 Unfortunately, we couldn’t get into the event.

 This was a wasted opportunity to interview a unique person who most people will never meet. The interviewer was so banal asking questions about philosophy and religion rather than what it was actually like living in Gaza for so long, did he talk to the people there? What were the civilians he lived with like? How did he form relationships with the captors in order to survive? Also having to wait outside in -20 for 40 minutes was totally unnecessary

 It was a great evening. Only comment would be the set-up of the seating. We were seated very close together and this can be hard and uncomfortable for some people. Also, the chairs weren’t lined up with the person next to us. We also didn’t have much help finding our seats.
