How did you like the event?

   A show like this is tough due to its inherent racism and sexism. It’s so hard for a children’s theatre to pull off the satire. I think it was a mistake to try to do this show in 2023 with a young cast. The children received no discussion of the challenges with this show and no effort was made to fix any of the troubling sexism and racism. No intro from the director either at the top of the show about this also leaves the audience wondering what in the world is going on.
