The Brentham Club is a local Sport & Social Club in the heart of Pitshanger, Ealing, London W5.

We host various events from Discos, Comedy Nights, Live Concerts, Sunday Roast Lunches and Music Evenings.

   too expensive we spent over £100 buying food for all 4 of us and extra on rides and extras. Too much. Too noisy the fireworks were overpowered by unnecessary music throughout. WHY??!!! No music is needed fireworks are enough entertainment we don't need to hear music over it. What a shame I won't be back.

  This was my first experience of a live music event at the Brentham Club, and I was very impressed! It was great to see such a well-known musician in such an intimate setting and I thought Chris enjoyed himself too. The ticket price was fair, and so were the drink prices. I'll be back!

   Pleasant ambience especially in upstairs bar, though fast flashing Xmas lights above bar were a bit irritating. Warm and very comfy sofa, liked the way tables and chairs weren't crammed in. Downstairs seats comfy and extra Xmas tree nice.

  Poor crowd control with everything bottle necking where the stalls started where people just stop and not told to keep moving. Poor selection of savoury foods and the queues were 30min + for anything. Seems a lot of money and would have been good to have some music playing and more entertainment.

   The entry was smooth. The only problem was the queue for the mulled wine. It did not seem to move and I was in the stationery queue at the entrance to the marquee for 15 minutes. I only just got to the front and got our drinks just before the fireworks started. The taking of the money seemed to be a problem ofcard or cash. The lady had to keep going off with the card machine. There was only one mulled wine dispenser. There could have been a couple of others on the go.

     The atmosphere is so cool and friendly. The only thing I would suggest, Can you please review from the ticket purchase system, there is an option to select (e-tickets, trhough the post tickets or collect at venue). I selected collect a venue and when I went to collect I learned that you don't have that service so if you don't offer collection at venue is better to remove. It was a very complicated to have them printed when I went to collect them.

   Fireworks not as good as last year - the finish was not particularly different from the rest of the show - didn't really have wow factor. Nobody scanned my ticket - there is a risk that people will just make extra copies of tickets if they know you don't scan.

   People was pushing and jumping queues for drinks. Nobody scanning the tickets. Bags was not check. Everyone was just pushing. Poorly organised. I went last year to Battersea fireworks and they were very organised. Alots of stalls and food and variety of drink.

   The food stalls should be kept on concrete, the same as face painting stall. The mini disco should be before the fireworks to keep the little one entertained. From 5:30 till 7:45 is far to long waiting for the little ones to see a fireworks without even being able to sit down. We left very disappointed.

   Fab fireworks display. A shame having queued for the bar to find the wine & Prosecco was warm. We didn’t purchase any for this reason. I would also say the food stalls I did see were so overpriced. £9 for a hotdog is ridiculous. The display was brilliant though.

 didnt look like the event was ready to cater for so many people .long queues ,warm beers and expensive toys on sale.display 15 minutes late ,narrow entrance to go out .not enough lighting and two small children bored by long queue not very good .only good thing was the price for a family ticket .glad we didn’t go at 530 but only at 630 otherwise we would have gone back home by 7 !sorry never again .

       Absolute underwhelment comparing to previous years in terms of the display. Not good enough am afraid. 12 minutes on the clock for a really mediocre show. No idea also why you sell QR tickets if nothing is actually scanned on the gate and people can re use them.

   Fireworks 15 minutes late starting - something that has happened every year - this is disappointing given it is already very late for kids. Bar in the field was overpriced with poor and not enough drink options Queues for food were 30 mins plus which is simply too long Fireworks themselves when they started were good.

 Stage and Hall looked wonderful. I don't think you could have got any more tables and chairs in. The air conditioning needs to be full on for these events not only for the audience but also the band.

    NYE Party.  We were, extremely dissapointed that what was sold as ‘Hot food’ translated as 1 ladle of as Turkey Cannelini. This dish composed of Left over cooked Turkey, as it was obviously sliced from cooked!, and cannelini beans that ? We’re tinned baked beans. Apart from the tiny tiny portion that wouldn’t be enough for a child we were given a piece of bread. I will never attend an event here again, we were starving!!!! Lucky we were with friends!
