Really lovely family event. Not overcrowded making it a nice safe space to watch fireworks each year, great fireworks but the music was a little quiet this year that went with the display.

 Too many people.

 The queues for food were too long and we were also suprised by the length of the queue to get in which delayed the entry, something we’ve not experienced in the past. Also, the music at the start of the fireworks was great but the Flight of The Valkyrie’s felt like a very sobering end to what should have been a grand finale. We’ve been 3 years running now but not sure we’ll be back next year. It’s a shame as we love the community feel to it.

 Great fireworks display, however the que to get in was extremely long. I understand there was a big increased in the number of tickets sold, so there should be been more than 2 people scanning tickets.

 Good event but increasingly busy year on year. Now at the point where it’s becoming less enjoyable.

 The Brentham Club is a fantastic venue and we are so grateful that we live not far from it and can enjoy their various events. Always well organised, family friendly environment and reasonably priced.

 Me and my family had an amazing evening. Fireworks and the disco was the best. There could have been some extra choice of rides but I would still give stars.

 Outstanding!! Kids disco was excellent with a fun, energetic DJ. Good stalls were authentic, reasonably priced, and quick. Gyros from the Greek stall were soooo delicious as was the pad Thai! Lots of kid-friendly food options. Queues were to be expected but moved quickly. Firework display was shorter than we thought it would be- maybe 30 minutes, which seemed short but were spectacular!!! Tickets are fairly priced. Visited with family from Canada who thoroughly enjoyed!

 Great fireworks….carnage on the kiddy rides…..pls implement a queuing system to avoid disappointment and rushing to get on rides

 Music and fireworks didn’t seem as co-ordinated as previous years. Queuing system was horrific compared to previous year - people were falling over the path trying to her past or nearly being run over by walking in the road. We didn’t have this in the previous 10 years we have been. Fun night still though - thanks to all the volunteers

 It felt quite unsafe. They let too many people in and entrance was very poorly organised.

 The fireworks is good and the food although expensive but there needs to be more seating and there wasn’t any adult things to do. I assumed it was a big big fair.

 The fireworks were great, but the organisation of this event, croud control, line control and number of stands etc was appalling. Queues stretched out into the roads which is a health and safety concern, particularly as the roads were not closed for local access and therefore the roads were being utilised by oncoming vehicles as normal. Please ensure that you short this before an accident occurs.

 Organisation before the event was good but I think you need to make it clear that tickets are only available on the door if you don’t sell out in advance. Ie you’re not holding tickets to sell on the night.

 Difficult to navigate to toilets with so many people. Need more Marshall’s.

 We have attended the last 2 years This one was not great. Far too many people and then at 7.30 when the fireworks were supposed to start and everyone is waiting we are told it's another 15 minutes because there are massive queues waiting to get in! So everyone that got there on time has to stand in the cold. Also very pricey this year £7 for a small cup of mulled wine. All the food etc was well overpriced All in all disappointed.

 The firework display was fantastic! One of the best I have seen. Range of food stalls was also good and the atmosphere felt very family friendly. Areas thst could be improved were the family queue to enter which was slow and the lack of any surfaces to rest drinks or food on in the field. The rides were also expensive and better suited to v small kids under 5 so it would have been good see a bit more variety there at more reasonable prices.

 Pretty well organised

 The fireworks itself was excellent. However, there were far too many people at this event! To buy food, the kids rides - they were all off limits because you didn’t cater to the numbers in the crowd. Even the line to get into the function was all the way up to the park.

 Great display and lots of decent food choices. One suggestion would be that the kids disco could have been before the display. I found the children didn’t have enough to entertain them before the display especially as it was delayed and they were getting restless.

 Children’s rides extortionate! Tried 3 times to get into the inside disco without success as it was super crowded. Not enough room for the amount of people to even advertise it. Fireworks started late.

 Thoroughly enjoyable

 A most enjoyable evening and a great band. Took us back to the Fleetwood Mac heyday! Maybe a slight improvement to sound quality would help for future performances.

 Really good easy to get to the bar and a quick service toilets clean.

 This was a good firework display, well worth the admission fee.

 The fireworks were amazing they really lit up the sky There was a good choice of food and drinks The only downside Was it was really dark, I would say for the future put on some outdoor lights and then turn Them off when the fireworks starts

 More staff behind the club bar would be better - they were snowed under with queues of people. Similar for the face painting more needed. Felt sorry for the poor children waiting.

 Lovely family orientated place really safe and lots of good cheer in the crowd Unfortunately, I thought the firework display was very short only 15 minutes and quite expensive for that. I would expect at least 45 minutes of fireworks.

 The reason I didn’t rate this higher is the music was too loud in my view. Even with headphones I was worried about my toddlers hearing and the fireworks are enough. It took away from the beauty of the fireworks the music being so loud. Otherwise very good night out for family.

 £10 forFace paint is abit too expensive.

 Children had a lovely time

 Not enough for the kids, a healthy amount of food stalls rides was a free for all no structure. Long lines that wasnt really clear to see what you and lining up for. Field could of been lit better.

 Sadly, having seen a lot of firework displays I felt the show was too short- perhaps the fireworks needed spacing out. We wondered if the finale had happened as the finale part was somewhat unclear as the expectation at displays is that they build up to something but it felt like in the middle there were lots all together and at the end very little. I’m sorry as I know how much effort goes into organising the events. The mulled wine was lovely and the samosas.

 Poor display. 17 minuets… £12.00 a ticket.. value for money?.. I think not. Would have liked a longer display, better music to go along with the show..

 too expensive we spent over £100 buying food for all 4 of us and extra on rides and extras. Too much. Too noisy the fireworks were overpowered by unnecessary music throughout. WHY??!!! No music is needed fireworks are enough entertainment we don't need to hear music over it. What a shame I won't be back.

 This was my first experience of a live music event at the Brentham Club, and I was very impressed! It was great to see such a well-known musician in such an intimate setting and I thought Chris enjoyed himself too. The ticket price was fair, and so were the drink prices. I'll be back!

 The venue was unpleasant and overcrowded.

 Pleasant ambience especially in upstairs bar, though fast flashing Xmas lights above bar were a bit irritating. Warm and very comfy sofa, liked the way tables and chairs weren't crammed in. Downstairs seats comfy and extra Xmas tree nice.

 Toilet queues were long and vendors were ok

 The entry was smooth. The only problem was the queue for the mulled wine. It did not seem to move and I was in the stationery queue at the entrance to the marquee for 15 minutes. I only just got to the front and got our drinks just before the fireworks started. The taking of the money seemed to be a problem ofcard or cash. The lady had to keep going off with the card machine. There was only one mulled wine dispenser. There could have been a couple of others on the go.

 Not bothering with that again.

 Fireworks not as good as last year - the finish was not particularly different from the rest of the show - didn't really have wow factor. Nobody scanned my ticket - there is a risk that people will just make extra copies of tickets if they know you don't scan.

 The display was very good but the street food carts were too slow with unacceptably long queues

 Fab fireworks display. A shame having queued for the bar to find the wine & Prosecco was warm. We didn’t purchase any for this reason. I would also say the food stalls I did see were so overpriced. £9 for a hotdog is ridiculous. The display was brilliant though.

 Generally very good facility, the event was very busy and expectedly overcrowded the site, but not a surprise

 Fireworks great. The fact we had to wait 90 min for a burger which we never got was ridiculous.. plus thought there would be more entertainment for children.

 Absolute underwhelment comparing to previous years in terms of the display. Not good enough am afraid. 12 minutes on the clock for a really mediocre show. No idea also why you sell QR tickets if nothing is actually scanned on the gate and people can re use them.

 Very long queues, told could use card and couldn’t on rides.

 Fireworks were great but Q for food too long. Getting out felt a bit chaotic especially for elderly & very young.

 The club is reasonably welcoming-though I never received my membership card for last year, so this year I have not joined! Am happy to continue supporting the social events that you organise.

 Good format enabling Andrew to detail his writing life with humour and honesty. Tables enabling people to sit in groups promoted a friendly informal atmosphere. I look forward to reading the books purchased.

 It was a most informative evening and a great addition to the Brentham social calendar. I have an author friend who might be up to give a talk. Shall I ask her? She is localish.

 Enjoyable but started rather late and no show from headliner was disappointing although the MC did well to cover the spot.

 NYE Party.We were, extremely dissapointed that what was sold as ‘Hot food’ translated as 1 ladle of as Turkey Cannelini. This dish composed of Left over cooked Turkey, as it was obviously sliced from cooked!, and cannelini beans that ? We’re tinned baked beans. Apart from the tiny tiny portion that wouldn’t be enough for a child we were given a piece of bread. I will never attend an event here again, we were starving!!!! Lucky we were with friends!

 Danced all night. Lovely evening.

 Great night/ great atmosphere, great band. Blonde was amazing.
