 This event allowed me to try something I wouldn't normally do. I felt the day ran smoothly. I would do it all again. Even the cold plunge.

How did you like the event?

 Awesome morning of self care with Katherine and meeting new ladies. The Pilates and movement was fun. The Viking retreat was invigorating. The brunch was unbelievably tasty. Katherine was really lovely and inclusive, spending time to get to know us all 💫 would highly recommend ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

 Fantastic event, hadn’t been at venue for years, no idea the sauna, studio existed!Kathryn is so full of energy and warmth, made everyone so comfortable. Great to have expert in the sauna/cold dip to keep us right. Had lovely morning of chat, camaraderie and whole different experience- thanks so much x
