The event was well attended. While where the event was actually held was nice, the Showboat hotel itself was run down. There were 6 elevators and only 3 of those worked. So there were lines for elevators waiting for 10-20 minutes to get on. The hotel is old and run down.

 The event itself was great. Saturday started late, but it still went off amazingly. The hotel was a disappointment, though. We couldn't fill our water bottles to use at the gym, no water unless you paid for it, only found 1 ice machine, elevators were jokes, building is in obvious disrepair. I tried calling the front desk from my room phone and cell for issues, but no answer. Half-used TP and housekeeping didn't have any to give me, room was a sauna. Can we try a new venue?

 The event was great so many fun flowers being given. However, the showboat hotel was below par, only half the elevators worked, only some buttons would light up/work, there was only one cafe, no hair dryer in the room and showers that were broken and way too short for a 6 foot tall person.

 Hope my daughter get invited to model for the show next year. Wonderful show

 I arrived late and didn’t know it was a kids event. I’m requesting a refund or a replacement for an event Friday or Saturday
