Atlanta Rhythm Section with Orleans

 Orleans was enjoyable, ARS certainly good but a total electric guitar fest.

 Enjoyed Orleans but ARS had to many instrumentals and they didn’t play all of the songs we knew from the 70’s.

 The Atlanta Rhythm with Orleans venue was received by an enthusiastic full house Saturday night. The evening offered a mix of rock and blues, with many familiar tunes being played. The crowd enjoyed Orlean’s age-old tunes by responding to frequent clapping and shout outs. Atlanta Rhythm offered a full hour and a half of rock and blues performances with several solo guitar renditions, but the crowd was not as engaged.

 It's difficult to determine how well we would've enjoyed the concert without the lead singer from ARS. We felt like there were a lot of "solos" to take up time. We would've enjoyed background stories and introduction of the band members. Orleans did, in fact, have the stories and introductions. They played and excellent concert.

 Orleans was good! Great vocals from all 5 and good harmony although the balance was spotty (especially drums too loud.) ARS was not good at all. Lead vocals out of tune, solo guitar couldn’t be heard for the entire show- never adjusted for the entire show!!!

 The event was great, but the sound had a lot to be desired.

 The bands were GREAT! But the lighting was awful--every 5 seconds I was blinded by bright lights scanning the audience. Super distracting--I wanted to watch the performers and had a hard time doing that.

 The music was great. We enjoyed it.

 Orleans was very good old, but very good Atlanta rhythm section was strictly a cover band and if I would’ve known that I would’ve never went

 Disappointed that the lead singer for Atlanta Rhythm Section wasn't there. It sounded like he may have been sick. Would have been nice to know in advance just to manage expectations.

 Orleans was great.The lead singer promised to sign cd if you bought one, went there to that and was told the band left a long time ago. Atlanta rhythm section was the main band. Was familiar with the first 2 or 3 songs and a couple toward the end. The rest was just alright and alittle to loud for the age group that was there. Didn't play one of their biggest hits "Georgia Rhythm". All in All it was entertaining and OK for the price.

 Both bands were awesome, very much enjoyed the event. The temperature was warm, could of used some more AC.

 Orleans 5 stars plus, entertainers, far exceeded expectations, crowd standing at end of performance, bring them back whenever you can Atlanta Rhythm Section, musicians, lead singer missing, far below expectations, crowd started leaving 30 minutes into performance, few left for encore

 The venue was very nice, comfortable, but the event would have been much better without the stage lighting blasting my eyes. Other patrons around me felt the same way. It was great to hear the groups again, but we were slightly disappointed with Orleans' short show. ARS was great but the sound system seemed to be low as one of the guitar players when he took the lead could barely be heard above the background music. He should have been heard above all the other musicians.

  They were even better than I expected. A wonderful event. The only thing is please stop shining the bright lights in the audiences eyes. It causes some people to have headaches.

 Enjoyed Orleans, recognized most of them. Only one good singer in group. Hang it up!

 absolutly loved it! never seen Orleans before but seen Atlanta Rhythm Section a bunch of times! got my show poster signed& met the ARS memebers as well. no complaints!! Gr8 venue

 Orleans was simply amazing! So much talent and really engaged the crowd. ARS was awesome but the right side guitar amp was overpowered on the left side by keyboards. Another sound check should’ve been made. Overall, a great experience and one we would do again! Thank you for bringing this level of entertainment to our community!!

 Orleans was excellent, would see again. ARS was a disappointment. Would like a refund for their part.

 Orleans was great. ARS was terrible. We left after 20 minutes of that noise. They certainly did not know their audience. Very disappointing.

 Enjoyed both concerts. Did think ARS was as good as they could have been with one current player missing.

 Orleans was good. ARS was too much instrumental and not enough singing. Also, the roving spot lights (red and then white and then red and then white) shining on the audience was blinding.

 As I wrote accidentally on the Orleans critique… Atlanta rhythm section is very talented but we did not feel a connection with the audience. I felt like I was watching a practice. The guy that filled in for the main singer that was sick was extremely talented and did his best. We decided to leave before the concert was over though because the songs tend to go on a little too long at the end and we were getting tired.

 The music bands were phenomenal!! My husband and I enjoyed both bands. The concert lasted almost three hours so it was definitely value for the money. We got to hear two bands. Would highly recommend to anyone who hasn’t been to this concert.
