It was a nice event but because of acoustics and sound, was hard to hear.

 Was almost perfect. An explanation to award winners and guests about why the physical awards were not there should have been shared. It was awkward, particularly for those that have attended past events and expected that. Please make sure an email is sent to all award winners on Monday to explain the situation and assure them their awards will be sent to them when they arrive. Thank you.
