Maite started her fitness career 9 years ago, firstly by completing a 300 hour course Fitness instruction course and then joining Studio 2, a gym in Puerto Pollença. She is tough, but tries to make the classes great fun for clients and looks forward to seeing you soon.

An intensive class of 30 minutes focused on all areas of your stomach. Most of the work is mat based. Suitable for any level – class will be adapted to suit your needs.

We provide mats and all equipment and you will have the use of our showers and towels after your class.

Classes are available to Members and Guests.  Book early to avoid disappointment.

Maite comenzó su carrera de fitness hace 9 años, para iniciarse, empezó con un curso de monitora de 300 horas. No tardó en encontrar trabajo en el gimnasio “Studio 2” en el Puerto de Pollensa. Es dura pero hace las clases divertidas para el cliente. ¡Les espera en el gimnasio!

Una clase intensa de 30 minutos enfocado en las diferentes zonas de los abdominales. Se trabaja mayoritariamente sobre esterilla. Apto para todos los niveles – la case se adaptará a sus necesidades.

Disponemos de todo el material necesario para las clases, además pueden utilizar las duchas y toallas tras cualquier clase
