How did you like the event?

 Why did you have the event on Sunday and not Saturday? I didn't get seated until after 6PM due to some table/seating chaos. After that everything was ok.

 Unfortunately I need to request a refund of the two tickets I purchased as I waited in line over an hour only to be bounced between multiple people who I was told would help me figure out what table I was at. It was very frustrating to have an email confirmation you were instructed to bring yet no record of the purchase on the organizers end and no one reviewing the e-tickets. I ultimately left without being seated due to the confusion and lack of seating accommodation.
