  Event did not take place and was postponed - fair enough, this sometimes cannot be helped. Was initially emailed about this on 27 January with option to get a refund and then no follow up emails, acknowledgement of refund request or any interaction whatsoever. I realise there may be a few refunds to process but 20 days later and no communication is unacceptable. Trying to get a response via email/Facebook is like getting blood from a stone. I may as well contact the dead.
