 Time was not observed. Lots of first timers complained about this. Room was cold & this event was not as inspiring as the last. Dinner was NIT the best. Cold Roast beef????

 Felt event was LONGER than needed! Promotions could have been done earlier in the program, after the various Master recognitions. The venue was FREEZING COLD, making it difficult to truly enjoy! Because we just joined, tickets purchase was close to the event (900 seating section), SMALL screens were added, but viewing still difficult (LARGER screens needed up front and higher up). Meals were good, just wish WARM meal options were avail., since SO COLD! GREAT speakers! Aja!

 We started too late. Did not have any training before lunch, lunch was below Atomy standard. It felt that since we had an Imperial Master with us that something was missing in the presentation and everything was left for him to motivate us. He is GREAT and I am very proud to have shaken his hand and taken a picture with him. this will motivate me and my group until I reach Imperial Master status, the highlight of the event. we didn’t have enough speakers! Need more speaker
