 I bought the ticket for the online show. I signed in a few minutes before 4:p.m. The show never came on the stream. I was very disappointed as I had two friends in the show and wanted to support them. I emailed Visions 10 minutes after the show started. I got no response. Visions needs to have a help person to rectify problems like this. I'm deeply disappointed. I do not want my money back. I would like there to be a way to get tech help, at least at the beginning
