 Great, on-time, communicative and friendly driver. Shuttle bus needs some attention with some non-functioning seatbelts and large hole in floor. Online ticket purchasing is clunky and needs modern tools. A confirmation listing ALL details of transaction (pick-up location and details, direction, time of day, etc) would ease post purchase transactions and remind purchaser of needed details for day of event. Still blocked from the account I set-up even after admin reset

 Both customer service and the shuttle driver communicated very well when I was looking for information about where to board the shuttle. Everything went perfectly. Very smooth and convenient. Will definitely use this shuttle again if going to Snoqualmie Pass.
