-Microphone levels low/ hard for people to hear on balcony seats. -Lousy people yelling/Security not removing people. Suggestion: Post a security on each balcony floor. As a first timer, the staff were great but the event was quite disappointing.

   couldn’t hear him, seats were tiny, crowd was rowdy. it was actually such a waste of money and so disappointing. people were not kicked out when they were being rowdy and screaming and yelling even though rene told security to do their job and kick them out. the seats were so ridiculously small that my back was and is sore last night and today. DISAPPOINTING

   I was a bad experience overall

   Loves the event . Only problem I had were the people who were being rude by heckling and yelling out when he kept asking them to be quiet.
