About Kilconly Bingo

Kilconly Bingo is a weekly community bingo event organised to support local community development, facilities, activities, and charitable initiatives in and around Kilconly.

The bingo is operated by Kilconly Community Enterprise Company Limited by Guarantee, an Irish registered company and registered charity.

Kilconly Bingo is operated entirely on a not-for-profit basis, with all net proceeds used for the benefit of the local community.

Our Purpose

The purpose of Kilconly Bingo is simple:
to raise funds that help support and improve our local community.

Funds raised through Kilconly Bingo contribute towards:

• community development projects;
• local facilities and improvements;
• community activities and initiatives;
• and charitable and voluntary activities within the area.

After prizes and reasonable operating expenses are paid, all remaining funds are reinvested directly back into community purposes.

No profits are distributed to individuals, shareholders, directors, or volunteers.

The bingo is overseen by a voluntary board and organising committee working on behalf of the community.

A Modern Community Bingo with Traditional Values

Kilconly Bingo combines the traditional community bingo experience with modern technology to allow people to participate both locally and remotely.

Participants obtain bingo books in advance and may then follow the live bingo session online from the comfort of their own home or chosen location.

The bingo session is conducted live by an experienced bingo caller during an open online broadcast or meeting.

Numbers are randomly generated and announced one at a time, while participants mark their own bingo books and flyer pages as the game progresses.

Attendance during the live session is not required in order to win.

How the Bingo Works

Each bingo book contains multiple games played throughout the evening, including:

• regular prize games;
• jackpot games;
• and special promotional games where applicable.

Additional optional bingo pages, commonly referred to as “flyers”, may also be offered for designated jackpot games.

Optional raffles may occasionally be conducted alongside the bingo event.

Participation in flyer games or raffles is always optional and is not required to take part in the main bingo session.

The bingo management system records all valid bingo books, flyer pages, and raffle entries in play and assists organisers in identifying and verifying winning entries.

Fairness, Integrity, and Transparency

Kilconly Bingo places a strong emphasis on fairness, transparency, and responsible operation.

• prize structures and jackpot conditions are published in advance;
• numbers are randomly generated;
• multiple winners share prizes in accordance with the published rules;
• and records are retained for verification and compliance purposes.

Responsible Participation
