Step inside a location defined by quiet necessity and solemn purpose. Constructed in 1910, the Broadwell Funeral Home was the epicenter of transition for the Felicity community. This was no modern corporate facility; it was a deeply hands-on operation where caskets were custom-built in the backyard workshop and the basement served as the final staging ground for those preparing to leave this world behind.

For generations, Broadwell was a place of preparation and final goodbyes. Today, it remains a time capsule where the energy of a century of "passages" still lingers in the floorboards.

Season One: Origins of the Movement

As part of our Season One theme, we explore the roots of spiritualism. Alongside modern tech, we dedicate a session to the Ancestral Methods used by seekers long before the digital age. In a home built for the dead, we use the techniques of the past to seek answers for the future.

The Main Event: The Guided Session | $60

8:00 PM – Midnight | Ages 18+ This is a live, intentional investigation, not a haunted attraction.

• The Investigation: Rotate through multiple floors on the property with our professional team.

• The Skills: Master real investigative gear and direct communication methods.

• The Release: At 11:00 PM, the "brave" are released for a final hour of solo exploration to use the tools and methods you’ve just learned.

As the building settles and the world outside goes silent, the atmosphere at Broadwell shifts. This is a focused, small group session utilizing traditional and experimental methods. This is not a performance; it is a grounded, respectful attempt to establish meaningful interaction using sensory isolation and controlled lighting. Sit with the unknown and listen carefully.

Locket: The Ritual (Audio Immersive) | +$30

Midnight – 1:00 AM or 1:00 AM – 2:00 AM

This is a psychological experience unlike anything offered in the paranormal field.

• The Environment: You are placed completely alone in a room inside this active historic funeral home.

• The Audio: Through a high-end narrative soundscape, the building becomes the stage. While the story is fictional and rooted in spiritualist themes, the environment you are sitting in is very real.

• Total Immersion: There are no actors and no staged scares. The intent is to deepen your connection to the space, allowing the isolation and the audio to heighten your awareness to a razor's edge.

• One Guest Per Room. One shared story, experienced alone.
